Alluring Tiger's Nest

  Through this picture of alluring Tiger's Nest, one can teach about the Bhutanese culture, history and religion including the tradition of Buddhism and its influence on the country's architecture and art. As Tiger's Nest is located high up in the Paro valley, one can also teach about Bhutan's geography including its mountainous terrain, climate, and vegetation. Taktsang was being constructed in the 17th Century so one can even teach Bhutanese history including the role of Taktsang in the country's history.
